She has learned through her studies and life experiences that science and spirituality are intricately linked. Laura helps us move past the inaction, overwhelm, helplessness, and hopelessness that is so commonly felt when faced with a world in polycrisis by teaching us powerful and effective nonviolent strategies and skills for changemaking.
